The New England Pet Urn is available in two varieties of wood, including Oak (pictured) and Cherry. The New England Pet Urn holds pets weighing up to 45 lbs at the time before their passing, ideal for cats and small to medium sized dogs. The urn also features a built-in picture frame which accommodates a 4" x 6" photograph of your beloved friend. The New England Series urn also has an optional engravable brass plate for a touch of personalization, at a small additional charge. Since the New England urn has no large flat areas in which to place the engraved plate, most customers place it on the back panel. We can on request, engrave a clock engraving plate which is smaller but the only place it can be placed is on the very top of the crown. The plate is smaller and engraving is limited to 3 lines. 4 lines is possible but the letters get very small.

Tab Return Guidelines
Returning products to Paws2Heaven is simple. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase simply contact a customer care representative at 614-425-7297 and
we will assist you with the process. No restocking fees apply for all products
that are not engraved. If the product is engraved and there was an
engraving error that we are responsible for, we will correct the error with
return shipping covered. Almost all products engraved at Paws2Heaven will
receive a PDF proof of the engraving which is sent via email for approval before
the engraving is completed. Therefore engraving errors rarely occur.
Items purchased from Paws2Heaven can be returned within 14 days of delivery
for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error.
Items that cannot be returned / refunded
- Any item that has been personalized. This includes marble urns. Urns
with just nameplates can be returned. If an engraved picture is on the urn
this item can not be returned unless there is an engraving error.
- Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
- Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
- Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error
occurs on our behalf.
- Items not returned within 14 days of delivery (15% restock fee apply)
- Orders over 90 days old are non-returnable or refundable
- Any custom painted items
- If you have a damage due to shipping, it is important to keep all the
packing material for the carrier to inspect
