Paws2Heaven understands your concerns about online security. Because we share your concerns, we work very hard to provide you with a highly secure ordering environment, so you can shop with confidence.

Your financial information is safe
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Paws2Heaven.

Your transactions are secure
Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

bullet The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https". The "s" stands for "secure."
bullet Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section for the browser window.

The secure order process
The following section describes how the secure order process works, from start to finish.

1.    Starting your order
Every purchase at Paws2Heaven.com is secure, and clicking a Purchase button on a product page is all it takes to get started. The security features are automatic, you don't need to do anything special to invoke them.

2.    Making a positive ID
Once you've clicked the Purchase button, your browser looks for a digital certificate to confirm that it is communicating with Paws2Heaven.com. Once a positive ID is made, your order continues.

We use VeriSign software to enable the use of digital certificates. You can click on the VeriSign logo at right to verify that Paws2Heaven.com is a VeriSign secure site. For your security, the verification process happens in the background every time you place an order on our site.

3.    Entering Secure Mode
Next, your computer and our server begin communicating in secure mode, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format.

After your browser has entered secure mode, we'll ask you to enter your credit card information. The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to our server. Paws2HeavenŽ values its customers and respects their privacy.  Paws2Heaven does not share, sell, or trade information you provide to us to any third party.  At Paws2Heaven, we have taken several steps to ensure your privacy is respected. One of those steps is telling you what information we collect and how we use it.

When you make an online purchase from Paws2HeavenŽ we collect information necessary for billing and shipping purposes, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone and credit card numbers. We also maintain a record of your online purchase. We do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.

We use your information to process your order. We will also send you emails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order. Hello and welcome to our help center.  Paws2Heaven is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction.  That is why we offer customers numerous ways to get their questions answered and find the help and support they need.

 

You can view the status of your order and also track your shipment in route by logging in above.  You will see a pink login button below the company banner at the top of the page just below the dog angel.  Click this button to enter your email and password if you have already registered.  In order to view your order status or track a package you do not have to register with our system however, by registering you will have full access to many useful tools such as saving products that you are interested in to a wish list, you can even email the wish list to a friend or yourself for future reference.  Additionally, you can save items in your cart to view later if you do not wish to purchase immediately.  If you add a personalized item into your shopping cart (such as a pet urn with an engraved plate) and you decide to save the cart instead of checking out your engraving request will not be stored.

Choosing Your Urn 

 Find the proper size. Determine how much your pet weighed at the time of death. You will need 1 cu/in per pound at the time of death.

Determine where you will display the urn. We recommend you choose an urn that will fit into the surrounding which it is placed as a subtle reminder of your companion

Q: How do I transfer ashes into an urn?
When cremated remains are returned from a funeral home or crematory, they are usually contained in a temporary container made of plastic or cardboard.  Inside that container the cremated remains should be contained in a plastic bag that has been fastened with a twist tie.  The ashes can be transferred to a new bag that will line the urn, or transferred directly in to the urn if you so desire.
If you desire to have the urn sent directly to the funeral home or crematory, please let us know and they will to transfer the ashes for you.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be received?
Most urns are in stock and shipped by UPS, Federal Express or Priority Mail. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days.  If you need the urn quicker, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  For next day delivery there is an additional $54.95 charge and for 2 day delivery the charge is $39.95.
